E.Cer.S. is launching the Artistic Ceramics Network
It is a working group to define the state of the art in each European country open to all European and Mediterranean countries on the artistic traditional ceramics.
The objectives are:
- to define for each country the towns with a production of artistic ceramics;
- to define for each town the producers and the styles and the legislation which attains to this sector;
- to define for each territory the connection with Museum Network;
- to define the needs about the innovation in design and production of the Artistic Traditional Ceramics;
The scope is to produce a white book on the state of the art and to open possibilities of cooperation and connection in Europe and Mediterranean Sea for future development and cooperation.
The working methodology will be through an Internet forum through ECERS Portal and Topical Meeting will be organised.
The working group is open to all individual members of ECERS.

E.Cer.S. is launching an Educational Training Network
A working group to define the state of the art in each European country concerning educational and professional training available for each kind of ceramics specialisation.
The objectives are:
- to define for each country the towns and/or districts where Educational Organisations are present;
- to define for each organisation the level and the curricula of the Education and Professional courses ;
- to define for each specialisation the connection with the Production sector.
The scope is to produce a white book on the European state of the art and about the trend of development.
The working group is open to all individual members of ECERS.
