The 50th International Conference and Expo on Advanced Ceramics and Composites (ICACC 2026) will be organised by the American Ceramic Society, ACerS, from 25th to 30th January 2026 in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA
04/26 - ACerS Spring Meeting & IGNITE MSE Workshop
The inaugural ACerS Spring Meeting will take place on April 12-16, 2026, in Bellevue, Washington, USA. Six ACerS Divisions are collaborating on this new event, which will include student and young professional programming alongside technical sessions, networking events, and more.

The 2026 young Ceramists Additive Manufacturing Forum (yCAM) will take place at Jožef Stefan Institute (JSI), Ljubljana, Slovenia, from 11th to 13th May 2026.

The XXth ElectroCeramics Conference will be organised by ECerS and the University of Novi Sad from 12th to 15th October 2026 at the University of Novi Sad in Serbia.
10/26 - AM Ceramics 2026
The 2026 edition of the AM Ceramics conference will be held on 13th and 14th October 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany.
07/28 - ICC 12
The 12th International Conference on Ceramics will be organised from 23rd to 27th July 2028 in Birmingham, UK. It will be co-organised by ECerS and IOM3 with the support of ICF.

Next Deadline to apply to the JECS Trust for Mobility projects is 28th February 2026!
Please note that the decisions of the JECS Trust board will not be known before mid-April 2026. Activities submitted for the deadline of 28th February 2026 for support from the JECS Trust should then not begin before Mid-May 2026.
Obituary - Professor Athena Tsetsekou
The Greek Scientific Community mourns the loss of our dear colleague Professor Athena Tsetsekou (64), Professor at the National Technical University of Athens, at the School of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering, and President of the Hellenic Ceramic Society.
