Endorsement of meetings

Organizers of a symposium or congress who wish to apply to ECerS for endorsement, should supply the information requested below preferably 18 months before the actual meeting. The latest date for receipt of a completed questionnaire by the ECerS is 12 months in advance. The ECerS will make every effort to respond within 30 days of receipt.

Proposed Location (Town and Country)

Proposed Dates

A meeting will be endorsed by E.Cer.S. only if organizers ensure the possibility for everybody to attend, irrespective of nationality, race, religion or political philosophy

Are there any Government regulations that will limit attendance?

If yes provide information

Other organizations to which application for endorsement has been submitted

Is there an active international advisory committee in addition to the local organising committee?

If yes, please give the members names & their countries
