Applications

We are looking for applications from researchers with one specific paper project in the late draft phase (~70-80% of the lab results have already been obtained).

• Open for young researchers (PhD + max 10 years), PhD students and master students.
• All topics and papers in the scope of the ECerS journals (JECS or OC) are welcome.
• During the application phase, you are asked to develop a specific (individual) goal, which you aim to achieve during the Writing Retreat. This will help you focus on one task during the workshop time and set          clear personal goals for your ‘just writing time’.
• Individual aims could be:
  •  ‘Write 600 words per day’
  •  ‘Develop the concept for a graphical abstract’
  •  ‘Find a comprehensive paper story’
  •  ‘Improve a figure to make it clearer and understandable’
  •  ‘Elaborate the discussion of a result and its interpretation’
  •  ‘Write a precise and condensed abstract’
