YCN Newsletter 22 - Open call for a new YCN Committee Member
Letter from Nicolas Somers, YCN Committee Member
Dear YCN Community,
It is with some emotion that I would like to announce an open call for a NEW YCN COMMITTEE MEMBER. I am reaching the end of my term at the YCN and this highly dynamic team is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is committed to enhancing the YCN's impact and contributions within the ceramics community.
As a committee member, you will collaborate closely in a dedicated team of five individuals responsible for overseeing all key activities of the Young Ceramists Network. This role requires a commitment of time and effort, including participation in regular monthly or weekly meetings, event coordination, and potential travel for network-related engagements. You will also work alongside the YCN Representatives in their role to spread the activities of YCN worldwide.
Join us in our mission to strengthen and elevate the standing of the ceramics community. To apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit a one-page A4 motivation letter along with your CV via email to ycn@ecers.org. The deadline for applications is September 15th.
Should you have any inquiries or require further information about the position or the application process, please feel free to reach out to any of our current committee members. You can find our contact details on the YCN web page at https://youngceramists.eu/.
We look forward to welcome a dedicated individual who shares our passion for ceramics and networking to join the YCN committee.
Nicolas Somers
