Cancellation Policy
- If a registrant is unable to attend the Workshop and/or MasterClass for any reason, he/she may contact the school organisers to consider replacement by another person of the same institute/organisation.
- If a registrant is unable to attend the Workshop and/or MasterClass for any reason, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- Cancellations before 31st July will be fully refunded.
- Registrations cancelled before October 15th 2023 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled after October 15th 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.
Bank transfer costs related to refunds for non-EU persons will be for the registrants account.
Please note that the Terms and Conditions are applied for the Workshop as well as the MasterClass.

Next Deadline to apply to the JECS Trust for Mobility projects is 28th February 2026!
Please note that the decisions of the JECS Trust board will not be known before mid-April 2026. Activities submitted for the deadline of 28th February 2026 for support from the JECS Trust should then not begin before Mid-May 2026.

The Greek Scientific Community mourns the loss of our dear colleague Professor Athena Tsetsekou (64), Professor at the National Technical University of Athens, at the School of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering, and President of the Hellenic Ceramic Society.
