The European Ceramic Society
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the Ceramic Society
EQUITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION (EDI)
The EDI Committee has been formed in January 2025 on the initiative of the Bioceramics Network, to develop and implement a strategic plan that integrates EDI standards into the practices of the European Ceramic Society (ECerS).
Its goal is to foster a more supportive and inclusive research environment.
Science should be accessible to all, free from barriers that hinder individuals from realizing their potential.
A diverse and inclusive scientific community enhances its ability to achieve remarkable advancements.
By fostering equality, diversity and inclusion, the European Ceramic Society and its members will create greater opportunities for individuals in the field of ceramics.
