Exceptional facilities :

  • Sintering in defined pO2 atmospheres
  • Thermal analysis, dilatometry and XRD in defined pO2 atmospheres
  • Electrical and thermal transport properties (electrical and thermal conductivity, Seebeck coefficient, thermoelectric performance, AC conductivity, permittivity, piezoelectric properties)
  • Magnetic characterization (3K – 600K)

Financial support programmes :

  • National funding: BMBF, DFG, companies,

Why Crystal Structure Matters: Decoding the Performance of Calcium Phosphate Biomaterials

In the world of calcium phosphate biomaterials, crystal structure is often the silent driver behind a material’s success—or failure.
