04/25 - yCAM 2025
The 2025 edition of the young Ceramists Additive Manufacturing Forum (yCAM) will take place at INP-ENSIACET, Toulouse, France, from 23rd to 25th April 2025.
yCAM is an event and networking platform organized by EMC and supported by ECerS and the JECS Trust, dedicated to all young researchers interested in the Additive Manufacturing of ceramics.
Since its first edition in 2017, the scope of yCAM has been to provide a place for open and honest discussions, combining high-quality scientific presentations with a fresh and informal atmosphere. By that, yCAM wants to promote sustainable networking among everyone interested in AM and to create a great opportunity for students, young researchers, and professionals to meet their colleagues of tomorrow and become active members of the European Ceramic Society.
We believe the AM community needs a broader and more inclusive representation: yCAM 2025 opens to abstract submissions not only related to AM technologies but also to related topics such as material characterization!
To facilitate the participation of young researchers, 20 travel grants of 500 € will be sponsored by the JECS Trust. Priority will be given to oral presentations and the abstract evaluation.

2027 ECerS International Ceramist Student Exchange Program – 1st call - ICACC 2027
In the frame of the 2027 ECerS International Student exchange program, ECerS is opening a call to allow grants to European Students to attend the 51st International Conference and Expo on Advanced Ceramics and Composites (ICACC 2027) to be held from 24th to 29th January 2027 in Daytona Beach, USA, as well as the IGNITE MSE (International Gathering and Networking for Individuals to Explore Materials Science and Engineering) event that will be held on Sunday 24th January 2027.
