2025 ECerS International Ceramist Student Exchange Program - 1st call!
In the frame of the 2025 ECerS International Student exchange program, ECerS is opening a first call to allow grants to European Students to attend the 49th International Conference and Expo on Advance Ceramics and Composites (ICACC) in Daytona Beach, FL or the Electronic Materials and Applications (EMA) conference in Denver, Colorado, organised respectively in January and February 2025.
The purpose of the 2025 ECerS International Ceramist Student Exchange Program Grant awarded by ECerS with the financial support of the JECS Trust is to help 30 European students to participate in events (schools, conferences, workshops, etc.) organised by other Ceramic Societies from all around the world with whom ECerS collaborates.
The 2025 Exchange Program will then allow European Students to participate to events organised by the Ceramic Societies of Brazil, China, India, Japan, Korea and USA.
Following contacts taken with other Ceramics Societies, the call could be enlarged to events organised by other Ceramic Societies such as Australia, etc.
This first call is dedicated to European Students wishing to attend the 49th International Conference and Expo on Advance Ceramics and Composites (ICACC) in Daytona Beach, FL or the Electronic Materials and Applications (EMA) conference in Denver, Colorado. Participation to the IGNITE MSE event that will take place during the selected conference is also mandatory.
A Grant of 1.200 € will be awarded to the selected students. 50% of the support will be paid to the students before the travel and the remaining 50% will be paid after receipt of the proof of attendance given by the local event organizer.
