03/25 - How to Address the Competitiveness of Energy-Intensive Industries in the EU

Event organised by CerameUnie on site at the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium - and ONLINE! - on Wednesday, 26 March 2025 from 13:00 to 15:00 

This high-level discussion will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to address the challenges and opportunities facing Europe’s energy-intensive industries. Speakers will explore solutions to maintain the sector’s global competitiveness while advancing Europe’s climate and energy objectives.

The event features two expert panels, where CEOs from major European companies will share their insights on industry challenges, regulatory needs, and pathways forward. There will also be dedicated time for interventions from MEPs and an open Q&A session.

Please note that this is an in-person event with limited seating. Registration is subject to confirmation. To express your interest in attending, please register here by 19 March. For those located outside of Brussels, the event will be streamed online. Online participation is also subject to confirmation following registration.
