Material Engineer at Schou - Kolding, Denmark

Material Engineer with strong technical expertise in materials and production processes e.g. glass, plastic, ceramics  to strengthen the Quality Department

In this role, you will ensure that customer requirements are translated into clear technical specifications and support our product development and purchasing processes through material expertise, testing, and quality issue prevention.

You will work across departments, lifting know-how, improving product quality, and securing a strong technical foundation for new and existing products. You will also support the establishment and use of Schou’s test setup to ensure early risk detection, data-driven improvements, and reliable material performance.

This is a role with high influence, autonomy, and a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.
