Result of the JECS Trust Call 11/2025
39 applications were submitted to the JECS Trust by the deadline of 30 November 2025:
- 27 for Mobility
- 9 for General Activities
- 3 for ECerS
6 Mobility applications were desk rejected by the Secretariat on basis of the ECerS membership check and/or missing documents.
2 General Activities applications were desk rejected as it was requests from individuals to get funding to attend conferences.
Important Reminder for applicants: for all JECS Trust calls, ECerS membership must cover 12 months (i.e., provide proof of membership for 2025 and 2026 for the February 2026 call). Failure to provide this will result in desk rejection.
The JECS Trust board analysed the 31 applications remaining during its meeting of 18th February.
Considering this huge demand for Mobility funding, the board decided to classify the Mobility applications in 3 categories:
- A – accepted : 10 applications
- B – rejected but can apply again: 7 applications
- C – rejected and cannot apply again: 4 applications
After discussion, 5 General Activity applications were accepted and 2 rejected.
The 3 ECerS projects were also accepted.
The next calls will be:
- 28th February 2026 for Mobility projects only
- 31st May 2026 for Mobility and General activities applications
