Result of the JECS Trust Call 02/2026
38 applications for Mobility projects were submitted to the JECS Trust by the deadline of 28th February 2026.
7 Mobility applications were desk rejected by the Secretariat on basis of the ECerS membership check and/or missing documents.
Considering the huge number of applications to analyse it was classified in 3 categories:
- Priority A – High quality application accepted,
- Priority B – Good application but rejected,
- Priority C – Rejected.
After discussion, 14 applications were classified as Priority A and approved for a total of 84.150 €.
13 applications were classified as Priority B and 4 as Priority C.
The next deadline for JECS Trust call for projects will be 30 June 2026 for Mobility and General activities applications.

2026 ECerS International Ceramist Student Exchange Program – 4th call!
In the frame of the 2026 ECerS International Student exchange program, ECerS is opening a call to allow grants to European Students to attend the 11th International Congress on Ceramics – ICC 11 – that will take place from 6th to 11th September 2026 at the Sapporo Convention Center in Sapporo, Japan.

We are pleased to announce that the 2025 Impact Factors were released for the two official Journals of the European Ceramic Society:
- Journal of ECerS: 6.3
- Open Ceramics: 3.4
