On 27 November 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CET, the SFS Alliance will host a free webinar with Prof. Dr. Alberto De Franceschi.
In his presentation, “Sustainability and Climate Justice: Legal Challenges and New Instruments”, he will examine how the climate crisis is reshaping different fields of national and international law and how legal instruments can contribute to environmental sustainability, human rights, and climate justice.
Prof. Dr. Alberto De Franceschi is a Professor at the University of Ferrara. His presentation will connect corporate, trade, patent, and consumer law with climate litigation and explore how existing legal instruments can be further developed to address the challenges of the sustainability transformation.
